That’s right, the company actually took the first names of the original principals – brother in laws Thomas Dorsey and Thomas Maxwell, who finally established the company in 1969 in Chambersburg, Penn. Today, Thomas and Thomas is a 25-employee company based in Greenfield, Mass., focusing on producing some of the best bamboo and graphite fly rods in the industry.
